Russian chicken

Chicken breast
1 bottle Russian dressing
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 envelope dry onion soup
1 tbsp corn starch

Put enough chicken breasts to cover 9x13 pan. (I usually cut them in half or smaller if the breast is big, I use thawed chicken breasts). Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 1hour. Then remove the cover and continue to bake for 15 minutes. (I cut that time down since I cut the meat in 1/2, I use a meat thermometer to test when they are done). It’s a pretty deep red dish.
